Terms & Conditions: 

• Cancel 6 hours ahead of scheduled training free of charge. Make up day can take place on the next available opening or post package deadline. 
• Bad weather conditions - easy reschedule make up session day take place on next available opening or post package deadline. 
• Monthly Packages only have 1 reschedule option; anything over the Village Hoops team is not responsible unless bad weather conditions or freak accidents. 
• Package Renewals are to be renewed one class prior to the last session. Example; A package of 5 training an invoice X package renewal will take place on the 4 sessions. To lock in the next cycle and to allow the Village Hoops team to plan accordingly if we are parting ways. 
• Custom Packages do expire after set days of completion.
• Bringing a Friend to your session? Friends can either opt in at a group days rate or we can count it as a session from your package. Example; Myles and Mal are friends they train under Myles’ individual private package Myles would be accounted for 2 classes. 
• 24 Hours check in before scheduled training. Coaches confirm when they are on route to you 30 minutes prior to the session. 
• Heavy traffic coaches will share ride GPS with you to ensure ETA. 
• If coaches show up late they are to stay  until you receive your entire time. 
• If coaches show up late 2 classes in a row and you are awarded a free class + package extension. 
• If coaches show up late  3 classes in a row and you will receive 10% off the next package plus free class.
• If coaches cancel at the last minute we add on another class to the package  and extend the package deadline 7 days. 
• At the end of every package we send player evolution, training synopsis of everything we worked on, to ensure progressional growth.
